WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH MY RENTAL? 

Each rental includes the sauna trailer, equipped with a ready to use heater, (optional) ice barrel, outdoor shower, speakers, and towels. The trailer is delivered fully stocked and set up for immediate use. We also provide an overview at drop-off to ensure you’re familiar with all features.

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS CAN HOT HAUS SAUNA BE BOOKED FOR?

Our sauna is perfect for private residences, wellness events, races, and outdoor gatherings. Whether it’s a weekend retreat in your backyard or a unique addition to a race recovery area, our mobile sauna creates an immersive, relaxing experience in any setting.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR MY SAUNA EXPERIENCE?

Just bring comfortable swimwear or lightweight clothing, water for hydration, and any personal items you’d like. We provide towels and everything else you’ll need, but if you prefer using your own towel or additional comforts, feel free to bring them along.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO CAN USE THE SAUNA?

Yes, for safety and comfort, our sauna accommodates up to 6 people per rental, with a maximum of 4 people using the sauna at any one time and no more than 4 people permitted on the trailer at once.

ARE THERE ANY HEALTH OR AGE RESTRICTIONS?

Yes, only adults 18 and over who are in good health and have physician approval for hot/cold therapy should use the sauna and ice barrel. If you have any medical conditions or health concerns, please consult your doctor before booking.

IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED DURING MY RENTAL?

We strongly recommend avoiding alcohol before and after using the sauna, as it can increase health risks. Using the sauna with alcohol in your system may impair judgment and physical responses.

HOW DO I HANDLE CLEANUP AND SHUTDOWN?

Please store used towels in the provided hamper, turn off any electrical items, and disconnect or turn off water at the spigot when the sauna is not in use. We’ll also provide instructions to follow for safe and easy cleanup.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GETS DAMAGED?

While normal wear and tear are included in your rental, clients are fully responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence during the rental period.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you cancel within 24 hours of the rental, 50% of the total will be forfeited. Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OF THE SAUNA TRAILER?

Yes, and we encourage it! We also ask clients to consent to our use of any photos or videos of the setup for marketing purposes. Let us know if you have specific requests regarding photo permissions.
